OpenUp: Mental well-being for all
At OpenUp, one of Europe’s fastest-growing start-ups, I worked as a Project Manager overseeing the development, growth, and promotion of our flagship product, Spaces. I collaborated closely with a team of 20 psychologists, leading cross-functional coordination across product, content, and marketing.
My role combined strategic planning and execution, including setting quarterly OKRs, optimizing product performance, and supporting large-scale growth initiatives. I was also deeply involved in marketing and promotion, working on social media assets, copywriting, landing pages, email funnels, and coordinating video and animation content to support product launches and audience engagement.
I also led OpenUp’s monthly Masterclasses from start to finish — sourcing and securing speakers, managing all communications and contracts, coordinating rehearsals and production, and co-hosting the live sessions. Each masterclass attracted 2,000–3,000 attendees.
Masterclasses.
I owned OpenUp’s monthly Masterclasses end-to-end, from speaker outreach and production to live co-hosting and Q&A moderation, with 2,000–3,000 attendees per session.
Group Sessions.
I led the creation and launch of OpenUp’s interactive group sessions, 75-minute facilitated experiences covering topics like confidence, communication, boundary setting, anxiety/stress management, and manager-focused challenges.
Collaborating with psychologists, I shaped session curricula, ran internal rehearsals, integrated feedback, and rolled out sessions — each including psychoeducation, exercises, breakout discussions, and live interaction — to OpenUp’s 250,000+ user base.
